This was Kerri ‘ Kaoz’ Chandler’s first record back in 1990. Signed to a major label, Atlantic, this was the B-Side to Superlover. And while that song is hot too, this was the hit on this 12″. Pumping bass line. Hard snare percussion. And a sample of Black Mamba’s Vicious. Oh and who can forget the needle skipping across the record effect. Get It Off had all the elements of a hit. Kerri would go on to create a sound of his own with classic EP’s for Shelter Records and Madhouse Records. Kerri is still doing his thing too and well I might add.
